The Grow26 Fast is a 12-week, church-wide rhythm of prayer and fasting designed to help us intentionally create space for God. As a church, we’re stepping into this together—seeking Him, listening for His voice, and aligning our lives with where He is leading us.
This isn’t just about a personal reset—it’s about moving forward in unity as a church, believing that God wants to grow something in us and through us.
Spiritual growth doesn’t happen by accident—it happens when we slow down and make room for God. Fasting shifts our focus. As we set aside something physical, we become more aware of our need for God and more attentive to His voice.
Our prayer for this season is that you would:
- Grow in hunger and passion for God
- Hear the Holy Spirit more clearly
- Experience personal breakthrough and transformation
- See God move in our church in powerful ways
This is about dependence, not performance—and about responding to what God is already doing.
What to Expect
Each week, you’ll receive an email with:
- A clear prayer focus
- Practical ways to pray
- Encouragement from pastors and others in the fast
- This helps keep us unified and moving together as a church.
Weekly Rhythm
- Pray throughout the week, asking God to speak and lead
- Prepare your heart for Wednesday as the primary focus day
Wednesdays (Primary Focus Day)
- Fast from 6am–6pm (or choose a rhythm that works for you)
- Use that time intentionally for prayer
- Focus on the weekly prayer emphasis
Fasting Options
- Full fast (6am–6pm)
- One meal
- Specific foods (Daniel fast, sugar, caffeine, etc.)
Fasting should be a meaningful sacrifice—something that helps turn physical hunger into deeper spiritual hunger and passion for God.
